High-precision end cap fusion splicers and optical lasers are now part of the CeramOptec^® portfolio. This is possible thanks to the new CO₂ Laser System Nyfors Smartsplicer™, which was developed together with Nyfors and Fraunhofer IOF Jena. The splice system makes more effective and very precise fusion by fibres and end caps with large radii possible.
